Leadership Team Assessment, Training and Coaching
With expert faculty drawn from the PACE community, APIQ works with individual PACE organizations to assess their leadership team composition (right people, right role), offer training in organizational management best practices based on any identified improvement areas, and provide ongoing mentoring by the training program’s faculty.
Implementing the PACE 2.0 Growth Model
APIQ provides assessment, training and coaching in the best practice census growth strategies established by the PACE 2.0 model. PACE organizations receive recommendations for developing, testing and implementing tactics related to these growth strategies in order to expedite the growth in the number of older adults they serve.
Planning and Development Revolving Loan Fund
APIQ offers a revolving loan fund that provides a growing PACE organization with the initial funding it needs to plan for expansion. Funding supports business plans, financial proformas, site selection, architectural plans, and project staffing needed to serve a growing number of older adults in a PACE organization’s current service area or in an expanded service area.
Provider Development and Recognition Program
APIQ is establishing a recognition program that supports PACE organizations’ achievement of high standards of care based on key measures identified by NPA and its members. To achieve the first level of recognition, PACE organizations can demonstrate that they are reporting key performance metrics. At higher levels of recognition, PACE organizations apply the performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and achieve the highest level of quality for the older adults they serve.
