Director for the Division of Integrated Care Programs, PA Department of Human Services

Erin Slabonik is the Director for the Division of Integrated Care Programs in Pennsylvania’s Department of Human Services’ Office of Long-Term Living, responsible for the administration, operations and oversight of both the State’s Living Independence for the Elderly (LIFE) Program, nationally known as PACE, and the State’s MIPPA Program.

Currently the LIFE Program is comprised of 18 LIFE Provider Organizations operating 57 centers across 54 of our 67 counties, and serving over 8,000 participants. PA’s MIPPA Program is currently operated with 11 participating Dual Eligible Special Needs Plans (D-SNPs).

Erin has over 21 years of Medicaid Managed Care experience, having spent the majority of her career in various roles in PA’s Office of Medical Assistance Programs where she was heavily involved in the expansion of it’s Medicaid Managed Care Program, HealthChoices.
