Senior Vice President, Legal and Chief of Staff, National PACE Association
Betsy is responsible for overseeing the legal aspects of the association and ensuring that NPA adheres to legal standards and in-house policies. She also serves as the security official for the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA). Betsy has more than 17 years of health care experience, with senior counsel positions at Beacon Health Options, Blue Cross Blue Shield Association and Capital Blue Cross. She holds an undergraduate degree in business management from Virginia Tech and a law degree from Penn State Dickinson Law.
